The IP address is not stored.
3. Why we use it - To create and run your account, keep your favourites and messages. - To answer your enquiry and select properties for you. - To send emails: email confirmation, new messages, price changes on saved properties and similar listings (you can unsubscribe at any time). - To keep the website secure.
4. Legal basis Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698 "KVKK", Art. 6 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ), performance of the agreement on using the website, and our legitimate interest in protecting the website.
5. Who receives the data - KROM Real Estate realtors — only as needed to reply to you. - The hosting provider and email service that run the website. - We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
The map is loaded from OpenStreetMap servers; WhatsApp and Telegram buttons open those services — they receive your IP address under their own policies.
The website server may be located outside your country. By giving consent you agree to such cross-border transfer.
