KROM Real Estate

KROM Real Estate is a real estate agency in Antalya. We help buyers from different countries purchase an apartment or villa by the sea — for living, renting out, a residence permit or Turkish citizenship.

What we do

• We find new-build and resale properties in all districts of Antalya.
• We check the documents, the developer and the legal status of the property.
• We accompany the transfer at the land registry with a sworn translator.
• We arrange residence permits and citizenship documents.
• We help after the purchase: utilities, furniture, management and rentals.

How we work

Every client gets a personal consultant who sends a selection of properties in one link, holds viewings in person or online and stays in touch after the purchase.
